WHAT DO I DO BRIDES SLACK CHANNEL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the subscriber ("Subscriber") and What Do I Do Brides ("Company"), governing the terms of participation in the What Do I Do Brides Slack Channel.

1. Subscription Plan & Fees

• Monthly Subscription: $10 per month, billed automatically each month.

• 6-Month Subscription: $54 (10% discount), billed upfront.

• Payments are processed via Shopify.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal

• The subscription begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews unless canceled.

• Subscribers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

• The 6-month subscription is non-refundable and will not renew automatically.

3. Access & Benefits

• Subscription grants access to the What Do I Do Brides private Slack community.

• Benefits include exclusive discussions, expert Q&As, wedding planning tips, and community support.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued for partial months.

• 6-month subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

• Subscribers agree to engage respectfully within the Slack community.

• The Company reserves the right to remove members who violate community guidelines without a refund.

6. Amendments & Termination

• The Company may modify subscription terms with prior notice.

• The Company may terminate subscriptions if deemed necessary due to misuse or policy violations.

By purchasing a subscription, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
